It
is a Multipurpose system created by the Aemme Colori laboratories
forty years ago and intended exclusively for the best color card manufacturers.
Multipurpose because with a single series of 36 concentrated colorants that mixed
with 5 vehicles of different chemical nature allow the production of a series
of 5 finished products with different final characteristics but all with the
same reliability applicable by spraying, spreading or strips.
BENEFITS
The system components (concentrated dyes) are produced in batches tested in the factory in every characteristic starting from the certified and constant colorimetric yield which allows the spectrophotometric formulation to be approved in first weighing in 80% of cases and in any case with the second thanks to the quality of the pigments contained which come from the primary European industries (Bayer, Clariant, Hoechst).
Series of 36 concentrated dyes is constantly
available in stock, facilitating repeat purchases which reduces the
customer's load of flammables and the cost of storage and space. Possibility to
customize the system with special pigments on request.
The
experience gained over 40 years allows our technicians to provide the best
technical assistance for initial set-up, even at the customer's site.
NITROFLEX 1K (GLOSSY/MATTE)
Its (air or oven cross-linking) nitro-synthetic
composition gives it a glossy appearance (80 gloss) or an absolute matt (1
gloss) but soft and, by mixing it with the glossy, any shade of silky
semi-gloss.
SUPERFLEX 2K BRILLANT
Its polyurethane/isocyanate composition (oven
or air cross-linking) makes it indispensable and unsurpassed when you want to
obtain an absolute brilliance (95 gloss). It has excellent resistance to
yellowing and scratching while being absolutely flexible.
ACRIFLEX 1K (GLOSSY/MATTE)
Its composition of isocyanic acrylic nature (oven or air cross-linking) adds to the excellent characteristics of “Superflex” an ABSOLUTE resistance to yellowing and an excellent gloss (80 gloss)
