Newly formulatied, solvent based paint remover of low environmental impact. The product does not contain Dichloromethane or N-Methyl Pyrrolidone and meets new regulations. Although it might require longer application times, the product can be used for the same purposes as the old traditional formulation containing Dichloromethane. Removes wall paints as well as one or two-component varnishes, primers and enamels from metals and wooden substrates.
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Wall paints. Enamels and varnishes applied onto metals and wooden substrates.
Apply evenly and abundantly on the paint to be removed using a spatula or a soft brush. Wait until the paint has softened completely and remove it with a metal spatula. Remove all the lifted paint with rags, paper or a wet sponge. Application time normally varies from 10 to 60 minutes. In the case of thick paint layers or twocomponent paints, it may be necessary to wait a longer time period (1-3 hours) before the paint to be removed is properly softened. if necessary repeat the application. The indicative coverage is approx. 2-3 m2/Lt but this will largely depend on the thickness and the type of paint to be removed.
