Anti-rust primer for metal surfaces, with high resistance, designed for the restoration of surfaces to be painted or touched up. It is equipped with a wide-base nozzle, soft spring and self-cleaning valve, ensuring extreme ease of application
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION CYCLE
Propellers and stern drives. The working environment must be well ventilated and dry, as humidity clouds the colour and slows drying. The surface to be painted must be prepared by removing slag, traces of existing paint, grease, rust, encrustations, dust and anything else that may hinder application. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute before use and spray a test sample. Spraying should first be carried out horizontally and then vertically: allow at least 10 minutes between coats for a “wet on wet” application. Repeat the operation several times in light coats, keeping the can in a vertical position and spraying from a distance of at least 20-25 cm.
For best results, the can must be used at a temperature of at least 20°C; it is important to shake the contents for at least one minute before use; in case of prolonged spraying, shake again from time to time. If the spray button becomes clogged, simply immerse it in solvent for a few minutes to clear it. After use, turn the can upside down and continue spraying for a few seconds. In this way, the special self-cleaning valve will complete the cleaning of all internal conduits.
