SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
Bare steel. Sandblasting according to SA 2,5 or application of a suitable primer is requested. Apply 1-2 coats of EPOXY GLOSS ENAMEL.
Painted steel. Any loose or flaking old paint should be removed. Degrease with solvent and apply one coat of suitable primer onto bae surfaces. Allow to dry and overcoat with 1-2 coats of EPOFLEX S.L. If the old paint is in sound conditions just overcoat with 1-2 coats of EPOXY GLOSS ENAMEL. If the old paint is still in good conditions of adhesion and compatible, in that case sandpaper and apply directly 1-2 coats of EPOXY GLOSS ENAMEL.
Bare wood. Apply a suitable primer first and then 1-2 coats of EPOXY GLOSS ENAMEL, allowing the required waiting period between coats.
Concrete. All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from dirt or loosing particles. Apply a suitable basecoat (e.g. EPOFOND AM-9) and overcoat with 1-2 coats of EPOXY GLOSS ENAMEL.
