Two-component, semi-gloss epoxy coating, modified with vynil copolymers. It can be applied at high thicknesses. Usually applied as an intermediate coat in heavy duty carpentry for exposure to normal industrial or marine environments. Provides all the specific charactheristics of an epoxy coating and can be easily overcoated.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

Steel/Iron

Sandblasting according to SA 2,5 is recommended. If sandblasting cannot be carried out proceed with a a mechanical sanding; the substrate should be perfectly clean, dry and free from  corrosion. Onto polyurethane or zinc based epoxy primers apply una coat of EPOXVIN AM/11 followed by two coats of POLIFOND. Overcoat then with the required finish.
